Denial.  Kind of an ugly word isn't it?

I think I have been in denial the last two weeks.  Yep.  I haven't been very accurate with my food journal.  I kind of just guesstimate the calories of things that aren't packaged....clearly my guesses must be too low or I'd be losing weight.

Well, is going to help me be REAL with myself.

How do you track your food/calories and exercise?


  1. Ugh, I just woke up this am. and vowed to myself that I would journal my food 3 days this week! I hate it and I don't know what the big deal is. I just have a little spiral notebook and I write down the food item, calories, and protein. That's it! Good luck.

  2. I track my calories by and app on my iPad. Right now I have access to a body bugg and I enter in my food and it tracks my fitness. I like it but I don't think I would use it that often so I am going to go back to the app on my iPad. I used before that!

  3. Fitday is happening.....although I don't keep track at this time....but I always have it if I need it!

    I live in OC also ;-)

  4. I use I have it on the computer, my iPad and my iphone so its always handy!
