Denial.  Kind of an ugly word isn't it?

I think I have been in denial the last two weeks.  Yep.  I haven't been very accurate with my food journal.  I kind of just guesstimate the calories of things that aren't packaged....clearly my guesses must be too low or I'd be losing weight.

How do you track your food/calories and exercise?

  1. Ugh, I just woke up this am. and vowed to myself that I would journal my food 3 days this week! I hate it and I don't know what the big deal is. I just have a little spiral notebook and I write down the food item, calories, and protein. That's it! Good luck.

  2. I track my calories by and app on my iPad. Right now I have access to a body bugg and I enter in my food and it tracks my fitness. I like it but I don't think I would use it that often so I am going to go back to the app on my iPad. I used mycaloriecounter.com before that!

  4. I use myfitnesspal.com I have it on the computer, my iPad and my iphone so its always handy!
